Hi, I’m Erica Jane,

I’m an award-winning booty camp instructor, life coach, professional home organizer, & a sister in Christ! I’m passionate about helping woman come home - to themselves and to God.

For years, I believed a meaningful life was built by achieving more, working more, and carrying everything on my own. Along the way, I discovered lasting success isn’t found in perfection -it’s found in peace, purpose, and living in alignment with the person God created you to be.

My own journey has taught me that our health is about so much more than exercise. It’s about caring for our bodies, creating peaceful homes, strengthening our faith, building healthy routines, and learning to live with intention.

Professionally, I’ve spent years helping others improve their lives through fitness, leadership, and wellness. I’ve also built successful businesses, worked alongside healthcare organizations, and dedicated my career to serving others. Those experiences have shaped my practical approach, but my faith has shaped my purpose.

Whether we’re talking about fitness, creating a peaceful home developing healthier habits, growing spirituality, or navigating a new season in life, I believe every small step matters.

You don’t have to become someone else to live a meaningful life.
